Shaws Quality Butchers does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like meat and edibles. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective non durable, please report the same to a member of staff. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our staff within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our staff will investigate your complaint and will take an appropriate decision.
If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 7 days.
Deliveries are available Tuesday – Friday. Any orders placed for delivery will be delivered the same day. However, orders placed Saturday – Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday. The Shaws Quality Butchers free delivery service is available within a seven mile radius of our shop which is based at 29 Station Road, London, E4 7BJ, subject to a minimum order of £50.00. Deliveries are available nationwide. Nationwide delivery is charged at £15.00
Order and Collect
Shaws Quality Butchers have a Order and Collect offer. All orders placed online can be collected within SIX (6) hours of delivery being placed. In the event of the shop being closed, then collection will be from 9am the following day.
